Booking software for UK barbershops and salons, built around the day-to-day running of a shop.

THE PROJECT

Direct bookings, a working diary and customer records.

I founded Setora in 2026 to give independent UK shops, salons and hair professionals booking software that keeps the customer relationship with the business. It brings online booking, staff schedules, customer records, payments, reminders and reporting into one place.

Customers get a Booking Page, and the team gets a calendar for running the day. The shop keeps its own brand and customer data, with no Setora commission on bookings and no per-staff fee.

Built around independent shops

Setora grew out of conversations with people running shops. The aim is to support their business rather than put a marketplace between them and their customers. Booking Pages and Shop Websites carry the shop’s own name, while a flat per-location subscription keeps the cost separate from how much the shop books.

Digital StartUp of the Year, East of England

Setora won Digital StartUp of the Year for the East of England at the UK StartUp Awards 2026. The regional category was decided on 3 June 2026, and the win took Setora through to the UK national final at Ideas Fest in September 2026.
