THE PROJECT
Helping customers find the shop and arrange their next visit.
Strand Gentleman’s Grooming is a family-run barbershop at 103 High Street, West Malling. Its services range from haircuts and skin fades to beard trims and traditional shaves, with a full grooming service that includes a hot towel, razor edging and styling.
I built Strand’s website and its apps for iOS and Android. The website introduces the shop and its barbers, explains the services and gives customers a way into booking. The apps focus on managing appointments with Strand.

A website for planning a visit
Customers can browse the service menu and prices, meet the barbers and find the shop’s opening times, contact details and map. The site also brings together customer reviews and a booking entry point, so someone new to Strand can get to know the business before arranging a visit.
Appointment management on iOS and Android
Alongside the website, I built apps for customers to manage their appointments with Strand. The iPhone app is listed as Strand Barber on the UK App Store, and the Android app is listed as Strand Gentleman’s Grooming on Google Play.
